Abstrak Perubahan kurikulum mengakibatkan pertukaran pada perencanaan pembelajaran. Guru sebagai tenaga kependidikan wajib merumuskan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP) sesuai dengan qada dan qadar kurikulum yang berlaku. Penekanan ini bertujuan (1) mengetahui pemahaman guru terhadap RPP menurut kurikulum 2013, (2) mengetahui kemampuan guru dalam menyusun RPP menurut kurikulum 2013, dan (3) mendeskripsikan hambatan yang dialami guru intern menyusun RPP menurut kurikulum 2013. Variasi penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Penimbunan data intern penekanan ini dilakukan dengan metode (1) kuesioner, pencatatan dokumen, dan (3) wawancara. Data yang sudah lalu terkumpul diolah secara induktif melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan simpulan. Subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah master kelas IV dan kepala sekolah SD No. 4 Banyuasri. Obyek pengkhususan adalah pemahaman, RPP, dan obstruksi yang dialami guru n domestik menyusun RPP kurikulum 2013. Hasil eksplorasi menunjukan bahwa (1) pemahaman master terhadap RPP memperoleh nilai 96 berkualifikasi sangat baik, (2) kemampuan master privat merumuskan RPP memperoleh nilai 93,9 berkualifikasi sangat baik, dan (3) hambatan yang dialami suhu intern menyusun RPP kurikulum 2013 yaitu guru mengalami kesulitan dalam merancang persiapan pembelajaran. Hambatan tersebut diatasi dengan sharing baik dengan kepala sekolah alias suhu, mengikuti pelatihan terkait kurikulum 2013, paham terhadap pembahruaan terkait kurikulum 2013, dan mengaji berbagai sumber tercalit kurikulum 2013. Abstract The changes of curriculum give the effect of the learning strategy. Teachers as the educators have to set the lesson plan (RPP) based on the curriculum that have been valid. This study aimed at (1) identifying teacher’s understanding toward RPP based on curriculum 2013, (2) identifying teacher’s ability in arranging lesson plan based on curriculum 2013, (3) describing the barrier experienced by the teacher in preparing lesson plan based on curriculum 2013. This study is a descriptive qualitative. The data were collected through questionnaire, document’s noting, and interviews method. The collected data were processed inductively through data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusion. The subjects used in this study are the teacher in fourth grade and the principle of SD Cakrawala 4 Banyuasri. The objects of the study are teacher’s understanding, lesson plan, and the barriers in arranging lesson plan based on curriculum 2013. The result of the study shows that (1) the teacher’s score in understanding the lesson plan (RPP) is 96 which is very good qualified, (2) the teacher’s ability score in arranging the lesson plan is 93.9 which is very good qualified, (3) the barrier experienced by the teacher in arranging the lesson plan of curriculum 2013 was the teacher had a difficulty in designing step learning. The barrier was overcome by well sharing to the principle and the teacher, attending curriculum 2013 related training, responding to the curriculum 2013 related update and reading various sources related to curriculum 2013.
